Copernicus Lodge is nestled in the heart of the Polish community in West Toronto. Our spirited home opened in 1976 to compassionately meet the physical, social, medical and cultural needs of our neighbours. This vision remains true today as we provide care and support for our community and ensure Copernicus Lodge is always A Place to Call Home.

Copernicus Lodge provides high quality services, care and a place to call home for Toronto’s aging population.

At the heart of Copernicus is a holistic, resident-focused approach, a Christian environment and strong Polish heritage.

We are a not-for-profit organization, made possible by the generosity and support of the Polish Canadian community.

    Copernicus Lodge is a place to call home for 228 long-term care residents. We take pride in the exceptional care and service we provide to those with us and the support we offer their loved ones.
