Other Services Pastoral  Our Mission Come to me, all of you who are tired from carrying heavy loads, and I will give you rest. ( Matt 11, 28 ) It is the purpose and mission of the Pastoral Care Service Team at Copernicus Lodge to fulfill spiritual, religious, cultural and emotional needs of residents, families and staff at Copernicus Lodge. Through personal caring, the pastoral care service demonstrates God’s love throughout the whole range of the human experience. Two chapels and 6 Pastoral Quiet rooms provide an opportunity for daily mass and prayers. The Felician Sisters assist the Chaplain during Mass.

The Pastoral Care Team conducts Polish hymn singing and liturgical programmes, makes personal and hospital visits to the residents and joins in celebrating special and Holy days such as, Christmas, Easter and Mother's Day, as well as the organizing of other religious and cultural programs tied to the Polish tradition and culture. Memorial services are held annually to remember those residents who were a part of the Copernicus Lodge family.
