(For persons requesting a government subsidy we will require additional information to determine the eligibility for financial assistance. We will ask for this only at the time an apartment will be offered to the applicant)

Please note that there are limited designated parking spots for Copernicus Lodge tenants. There is no guarantee of parking at the time of admission to the apartment. If a parking spot is not available, a new tenant will be placed on the internal priority parking list until appropriate tenant parking comes available. In the meantime, new tenants can apply for for a street parking permit that is issued by the City of Toronto.
