A place to call home
Copernicus Lodge is nestled in the heart of the Polish community in West Toronto. Our spirited home opened in 1972 to compassionately meet the physical, social, medical and cultural needs of our neighbours. This vision remains true today as we provide care and support for our community and ensure Copernicus Lodge is always A Place to Call Home.
Copernicus Lodge provides high quality services, care and a place to call home for Toronto’s aging population.
We strive to meet the changing needs of our community with compassion, respect and dignity.
At the heart of Copernicus is a holistic, resident-focused approach, a Christian environment and strong Polish heritage.
We are a not-for-profit organization, made possible by the generosity and support of the Polish Canadian community. Our Services
