Thank you to all participants who help us raise funds for Copernicus Lodge

On September 13^th & 14^th, the Roncesvalles Polish Festival once again filled the streets with the lively sounds of polkas, the delicious aroma of pierogi, and the warmth of community spirit. Friends, families, and neighbours gathered to celebrate Polish culture, music, and tradition—and the Copernicus Lodge Food & Beverage Garden was once again at the heart of it all.

Run entirely by our amazing volunteers and staff, the garden welcomed record crowds and incredible energy throughout the weekend.  Thanks to everyone’s enthusiasm and dedication, we’re thrilled to share that—for the second year in a row—our Food & Beverage team netted over $60,000! These funds will help purchase much-needed capital items such as hydrotherapy bathtubs and therapeutic mattresses for our long-term care residents not provided for by government.

A heartfelt dziękujemy to every volunteer who cooked, served, and smiled their way through the weekend—their enthusiasm truly keeps the heart of Copernicus Lodge and the Roncesvalles Polish Festival beating strong!
